William David Glenn IV

Story Producer / Screenwriter / Director

Originally from Lexington, Kentucky, David made multiple micro-budget projects in his home state, before moving to Los Angeles in late 2019. These projects include a zombie web series titled Remnant 13 (2018), and a family comedy/haunted house feature titled Ghost in the Family (2018), which was the winner of the Creative Lexington Screenplay Competition, and was distributed by ITN Distribution.

While living in Los Angeles, he has worked in development and provided script coverage services for multiple companies, which has sharpened his storytelling skills and helped him solidify his voice and genres of interest.

David’s main focus is now on writing and directing independent horror films. He appreciates how thematic ideas can be delivered through metaphor in the horror genre, but believes it all stems from strong central characters and their actions.

David is also a frequent co-host on the CineNation podcast, where he breaks down various films and genres depending on the month’s topic. In his free time, when not watching movies, he enjoys making experimental short films on YouTube, shooting and editing 16mm film and 360 videos on his travels and adventures.

He studied Business Management at the University of Kentucky and Screenwriting at Asbury University, graduating with a MFA in 2019.
